YOU on a Diet

Today, I have started the YOU on a Diet as on Oprah. The reason, well its pretty simple I want to loose weight and get healthy for a triathlon that I want to do in September. Thsi week I'm starting out slow since I don't have all the food I need yet.

The plan for this blog is to post what I eat daily. They say keeping a food diary is extremely helpful because it makes you take a hard look at everything you really eat. I'll also post weekly updates on my waist measurement, how many pounds I have lost and what type of exercise I have done.

Waist - 40 inches

Exercise - Walk: 3.5 miles, 1hr, 2 min.

Food Consumption
2 packs Quaker oatmeal
1 serving LaChoy noodles
2 servings keilbasa & brussel sprouts
2 cokes
1 pt poland spring water
10 crackers
1 tea
4 double stuffed chocolate oreo cookies (the last day for these).
