Day 33

1 Boca Chik'n Patty w/ low-fat mozzarela and marinara sauce

Today is the day before the big holiday booze fest. I'm making sure that I remain strict this week because tomorrow there will be lots of munchies and beer.

Day Eight

It has been one week since I started the diet and my first weighing day.

Weight Loss - 5 lbs (not too bad since Thanksgiving was right smack dab in the middle!)
Exercise - none

Food Consumption
1 md tea
Cheerios w/ 4oz milk, 1/2 banana
nuts
1 clementine
Crystal Light
1 srv Magical Breakfast Blaster
1 chopped salad w/ walnuts and 4 oz turkey
1 srv avocado/tomato salsa
1 srv Rock Asparagus
1 srv salmon and brown rice pilaf
1 slice pumpkin pie.

Day Six - Thanksgiving (Ugh)

I'm going to do my best today but Thanksgiving is my favorite day of the year. The food is just too good!

Exercise - none

Food Consumption
1 tea
1 Magical Breakfast Blaster (YOU recipe)
nuts
2 servings turkey
2 servings stuffing
2 servings green bean casserole
2 rolls
1 serving mashed potatos
2 slices pumpkin pie (made with Splenda)

I tried to be really good for breakfast and had my nuts for lunch since dinner was going to be amazing. The pumpkin pies with Splenda tasted like they normally do. That was a major surprise. But back to the grind tomorrow.
