It is Fall

There are two things that are pretty consistent about this time of year in my life. First and foremost, I start getting depressed because the death and gloom of winter is almost upon us. If only I could afford to move to Florida or some other warm environ during this season and telecommute form that location. I would be set.

It is also at this time of year that my iBook decides that it is either a major character in the Matrix movies or Lost. Except this year it decided that it wanted to be a used car and beg me to keep putting more money into it. Alas, I am not and my new MacBook Pro arrives tomorrow. Yippee! The iBook served me dutifully for five years and perhaps I will replace the hard drive just to keep it around as a back up for something or other.

My other constant is the release of the latest season of Spooks/MI5 on DVD in the UK. Yes, I am aware that you are all probably tired of my talking about this show but it really is fucking awesome! I just pre-ordered my copy which will be released on October 6. I so can't wait!
