This is kinda cool. Nike is selling a book to commemorate The Human Race 10k that was held on 8/31/08. You can order the book and have a customized cover put on it. Here's mine.

Swimming
I think I have to take up this sport next. I just saw the lifegaurd
from my gym in White Plains. She is amazingly hot and I would love it
if she could save me and give me mouth to mouth.
