He said he would charge 30 bucks to mow bothe the front and back yards. Of course I said yes. He has professional equipment and charges half as a much as my previous lawnboy. He did a super job and also snow plows, which is hard to think about after coming out of a heat wave and the possibility of it getting hot again this week. // posted by stacey on 5:21:00 PM // | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Testing Out a Feed Ad As simple as that. // posted by stacey on 5:12:00 PM // | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Friday, August 04, 2006 Some New Podcast Action I've got a new podcast up over at scoopsthepodcast.com. I'm talking about the new Nike's I just got - the Air Zoom Moire. It's not often that I rave a about a sneaker but this shoe is fucking awesome! It is soft, light and super cushiony (yes, I made that up). One of the things I have often read about running shoes is that you shouldn't ever really have to break them in. I know most of you are going yeah right. But all of the real runners I know agree with that. These are people who marathons and triathalons, so who am I to question them. I have found that to be true with the occasional tennis shoe but never with a running shoe or cross trainer. Until now. I put them on this morning because I was going to walk to the train station and figured this wouldn't be too bad of a walk if I really did need to break them in. Guess what? They don't need to be broken in! Next week I'm getting the ipod adapter that fits under the sole so that I can keep track my workouts. I've already got Chrissy thinking about buying them and I would highly recommend you do the same. // posted by stacey on 9:53:00 AM // | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sweet!
